    Does NotOnlyFiles cost anything?

    Not for everyday use. The Free plan lets you send up to 30 MB per delivery and up to 5 deliveries a day, with links lasting up to 14 days, and you do not need an account. Paid plans raise the size limit to 1000 GB.

    Who can open my files?

    Only someone who has both the link and the passcode you chose. We keep passcodes as one-way hashes, so we cannot see them either.

    When are files deleted?

    On the expiry date you picked while uploading. You can also erase a delivery earlier from your owner area.

    Does the person receiving need an account?

    No. They open the link, type the passcode and download the files one at a time or bundled in a ZIP.

    Which file types are allowed?

    All of them: documents, spreadsheets, images, video, audio, archives and more, as long as the total fits your plan.

    Can I see whether my files were downloaded?

    Yes. Your owner area shows how many downloads happened and when the last one was.
